Matthew has 18 years’ experience of buy-side credit experience in CLOs and leveraged finance. Matthew joined Pearl Diver in 2009, he heads Pearl Diver’s European business, is a voting member of the investment committee and is co-head of the credit division.
Prior to joining Pearl Diver, Matthew was a Credit Analyst with Alcentra where he covered Publishing, Media, Leisure and Gaming, Restaurants and Environmental Services. His experience covers analysing and investing in CLOs, investment origination, fundamental company level credit analysis and corporate restructurings.
Matthew holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Wales, Swansea.
Kerrill is a Managing Director at Pearl Diver Capital and has over 10 years of experience in financial markets. Kerrill was formerly a Credit Analyst at Allied Irish Banks where he covered leveraged loan investments across the technology, telecoms, manufacturing, retail, entertainment, services and food sectors.
Kerrill holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Economics and Business from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
Qinwen joined Pearl Diver Capital after graduating from Imperial College Business School with MSc in Risk Management & Financial Engineering. She is an analyst of the credit team and is responsible for the credit analysis of the underlying assets within CLOs.
Giannis joined Pearl Diver Capital as an Analyst within the Credit Team. Before joining, Giannis gained experience as a Junior Analyst at Tikehau Capital. He holds an MSc in Finance from Imperial College London and an MSc in Applied Mathematics from the National Technical University of Athens.
Michael is a Managing Director at Pearl Diver Capital responsible for quantitative analytics of CLO’s including structuring, modelling and pricing. Michael joined Pearl Diver in 2011 after graduating from Worcester College, Oxford University with a BA in Mathematics.
Pak Sum is an analyst at Pearl Diver Capital and is responsible for quantitative analytics of CLO’s including structuring, modelling and pricing. Pak Sum joined Pearl Diver Capital in 2015 after graduating from Imperial College, London with an MSc in Mathematics & Finance.
Simon is a member of the quantitative team at Pearl Diver Capital and is responsible for quantitative analytics of CLO’s including structuring, modelling and pricing. He joined Pearl Diver after graduating from Jesus College, Cambridge University with an MEng in Chemical Engineering.
Paulius joined Pearl Diver Capital after graduating from Cambridge University, with MEng in Electrical and Information Sciences. He is a member of the quantitative team and is responsible for quantitative analysis of CLO’s including structuring, modelling and pricing.
Elzette joined Pearl Diver Capital after graduating from the University of Oxford with MS in Statistical Sciences. She is a member of the quant team and is responsible for quantitative analysis of CLO’s including structuring, modelling and pricing.
Kelvin, a qualified ACA Chartered Accountant, joined Pearl Diver Capital as Vice President in June 2016 responsible for the financial control and management of the company and funds. Prior to Pearl Diver Capital, he was Financial Controller at Hamilton Bradshaw Private Equity and also gained experience at accountancy firms BDO and HW Fisher. Kelvin holds a BSc in Maths and Physics from the University of Warwick.
Rohit joined Pearl Diver, in September 2018, to support the Middle Office. He is now Manager for Investor Relations & Middle Office. Rohit holds a BSc in Economics from the University of York.
Francesca has over 12 years of experience in the Financial Services Sector. Prior to joining Pearl Diver Capital as Manager for Middle Office & Administration, Francesca supported Senior Executives at The Bank of New York Mellon in both the Legal & Corporate Trust divisions.
Anisha joined Pearl Diver in July 2017 as a PA. Anisha previously worked at Duff and Phelps within the Compliance Regulatory and Consulting team as an Executive Assistant to Managing Directors.
