Senior Advisor

Vikrant Bhargava is the Managing Partner and founder of Veddis Ventures.

As one of the principal shareholders and Marketing Director of PartyGaming Plc, he spearheaded the company’s growth from a  startup in 2000 to a FTSE 100 business at its IPO in 2005.

After stepping down from PartyGaming, Vikrant has been an active investor in startups and real estate and has incubated a few businesses.

He is a co-founder and chairman of KFBeauty,  a fast growing cosmetics company. He sits on the board of FIRST Global, an organisation that inspires  school children to learn robotics and is a founder trustee of  LetzDream Foundation, an organisation that is focused on helping people improve livelihoods.


Senior Advisor

Graham Clempson is MidOcean’s former European Managing Partner and now serves on its Executive Board. Prior to his last position, Mr Clempson was European Managing Partner of DB Capital Partners and CEO of Morgan Grenfell Private Equity (‘MGPE’). Previously, Mr Clempson was Co-Head of European Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank.

During his career at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust, Mr Clempson was responsible for building Bankers Trust’s leading market position in the High Yield and Leveraged/Acquisition Finance sectors. Mr Clempson has an MA in Law from Oxford University.


Senior Advisor

Randall S. Damstra is the Senior Managing Director, Head of Global Private Equity for Ottawa Avenue Private Capital, LLC (“OAPC”), a division of RDV Corporation, a multi-generational family office located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Collectively, RDV and OAPC provide comprehensive wealth management, financial, tax and estate planning, investment planning and management, foundation governance and personal administrative services.

Mr. Damstra serves as the Advisory Board representative for OAPC’s private equity fund relationships and oversees OAPC’s Board observation rights across a pool of over 100 co-investments. He also serves on numerous community boards, including Ada Township, Goodwill Industries of Grand Rapids, Hope College Endowment Board, Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Foundation Investment Committee and is a Trustee of the GVSU Foundation, among others.

Mr. Damstra earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Grand Valley State University and an MBA from the University of Iowa.


Senior Advisor

Ed is Coller Capital’s senior risk partner based in NYC, responsible for the oversight of the firm’s investment analysis and portfolio management. Ed is based in the firm’s New York office.

Prior to joining Coller Capital in 2009 Ed was a Managing Director at GSO Capital Partners’ London and New York offices where he had responsibility for debt origination. He has also worked at Credit Suisse as a Director of its Investment Banking division.

Ed has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS degree from the University of Pennsylvania.


Senior Advisor

Pascal Villiger is a Managing Director of Medley Partners responsible for their fund commitments and co-investments across credit, special situations, and leveraged buyout strategies.

Prior to joining Medley in 2012, Pascal was a private equity Portfolio Manager with CalSTRS. Previously, Pascal was an Executive Director at UBS within the technology investment banking group. Pascal also worked at Banc of America Securities LLC within the technology investment banking and leveraged financed groups.

Pascal earned a BS and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.


Senior Advisor

Odilon Leal is a member of the Asset Allocation team at BWGI. BWGI is the investment arm of Brasil Warrant, the holding structure that oversees the wealth of Moreira Salles’ family.

Odilon worked previously investing in equities at Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo and global macro at Bridgewater Associates. Before that, he had experience with investment banking at Rabobank and consulting at McKinsey & Co.

Odilon majored in Computer Engineering from ITA, a leading school in Brazil, and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
